45 CFR 170.315 (d)(1): Lazarus verifies your health record via a unique user identifier and username only accessible via MyChart or other patient portals.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(2): Lazarus audits all records in and out of each account.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(3): Lazarus audit reports can be requested from compliance@lazarusai.com.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(5): Lazarus automatically times out users after inactivity.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(7): Lazarus does not store any EPIC or Cerner health data locally.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(8): Lazarus does not alter any health data. Lazarus verifies that data sent through its platform has not been altered at any point from when it enters the system, until it exits the system.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(9): Lazarus uses SSL to encrypt messages and signals to and from FHIR providers.

45 CFR 170.315 (d)(11): Lazarus may use this data to treat or assist patients if an emergency situation is identified. Lazarus will not use any of this data to bill its users.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(3): Lazarus’s EHR record transfer system is designed with the utmost safety and keeps the user at the top of mind.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(4): Lazarus uses a quality management system to ensure that bugs are quickly caught and vulnerabilities are patched.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(5): Lazarus’s API can be used in accessible functions.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(7): Lazarus’s API can verify a user’s identity and issue access tokens.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(8): Lazarus’s API can return data requests in a JSON or XML file. Special requests will also be considered.

45 CFR 170.315 (g)(9): Lazarus can issue a full request and return a complete health record with in a CCD format.

45 CFR 170.523 (k)(1): Lazarus’s pricing varies by use case, but does not currently exceed $100 per record. This may change.

45 CFR 170.523 (n): No complaints have been issued against Lazarus for the year 2019.
